Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is an overview of how our shipping process works.

Production & Fulfilment

All orders are made and shipped by one of our two trusted production partners from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure fast and sustainable shipping. 

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility. Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, though slight delays may occur during sales periods or holidays.

European Union & Norway: 4–12 business days

United Kingdom: 4–12 business days

United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

Important Information

Delivery timelines begin from the shipping date, not the order date.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with our fulfilment partner and the carrier to resolve the issue. A replacement or full refund will be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost.

All orders include tracking, and you will receive updates by email.

European Union & Norway

All prices include VAT. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. (Please note that shipping to Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man may take longer).

United Kingdom

The UK is no longer part of the European Union, which means customs and duty charges may apply. For details on potential fees, please check your country’s tax authority website before placing your order.

Our products are packed in individual compostable bags and wrapped in lightweight plastic.
