Retningslinjer for angrerett
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibilty for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns on the following items under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalised items
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Preventing Policy Misuse
To maintain fair pricing and sustainable operations, we reserve the right to deny returns, limit future orders, or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% in cases where multiple units or sizes of the same item are purchased and only some are returned. This includes practices such as ordering several sizes to try on and returning the rest.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at lilliroadesigns@artfusions.no.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@lilliroadesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is approved, we will email you a downloadable return shipping label and packing instructions.
3. Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or carrier location.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we offer a return‑shipping allowance equal to your original shipping rate to help cover the cost of sending it back. This allowance is not available for change‑of‑mind returns. Please use a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund or replace items lost or damaged in transit.
European Union Cooling-off Period
Customers in the EU have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
This legal right applies alongside our standard return policy. All other conditions, including our misuse‑prevention rules and item‑condition requirements, remain in effect.
